Lurker w/ a question...baby aspirin

Morning Ladies! Hope its ok I posted here, just looking for some insight! Back story,my RE put me on baby aspirin when I got pg "just as a precaution" but never said how long to take it and to just tell my OB I was on it. My OB didn't really have an opinion either way but said to stop around 36 weeks. So at my 36 week appt last week I asked again just to make sure and she told me to stop taking it, which I did. Now I'm just a little anxious about it. I trust my OB fully but I guess its just stopping something I have taken the whole time. My question is, those of you who have taken low dose aspirin/are taking it, when did/will you stop and did you have any side effects from stopping it? My legs have been a little crampier at night since I quit the med but that seems to be the only thing and I do plan to bring this up next week. I'm just so worried something will happen to my baby girl. I thought I would feel better at this point in the pg but I guess the anxiety never goes away :( Thanks for reading.

    My OB said there was no reason to stop taking it so I take it everyday and never stopped. He said if we had a planned CS he would of had me stop at 36w just to cut back on bleeding, but I had a vaginal delivery.

    My OB said to stop at 36w so I am supposed to stop today. It freaks me out too, especially because of my MTHFR mutations and I've been taking it this whole PG.
