A previous post made me curios on whether this was accurate or not.

Was it accurate for you?

According to to the calendar both of mine should have been girls. Unless I didn't conceive when they thought I did.

Mine was wrong also. I did the one that had your age at conception and what not. Too funny. I guess there really is no way to tell unless you peek!

The Bump chinese gender chart is wrong all the time because it doesn't tell you to use your age according to the lunar calender. Calculate your lunar age and try it again. Mine was right.

It was right for me, and right for my cousin who is currently expecting a girl. It was also right for 2 out of 3 of me and my sisters, but I may have been wrong with the info on 1.

It was correct for me ... however I actually had to figure out how to calculate my chinese age and the chinese date of my conception and thats how it was accurate. If I just went with conventional date and age and used a random chart (like the one on the bump) then it was wrong. I had to do the hard work of figuring out how to calculate first.

Have you applied the Chinese/Lunar age and month to the chart, which are very essential to get the accurate result.

Wow. It was right! I'm going to save that link for when we start thinking about our boy. Any help (even if it is completely rediculous) will be appreciated because I really only want TWO kids, and if we get another girl....I'm going to have to try again! lol

Some were right and some were wrong - the chinese lunar one said girl and the bump one said boy. And it's a boy sooooo I'm thinking they are all just luck.

With my lunar age, it was wrong. I've always heard lunar age is more accurate, however. Hmmm... using my non-lunar age, it was correct.

Mine was right, but they had a 50/50 shot at getting it right so I don't put a lot of stock in it. Stick out tongue

Both of mine were correct... I think. My july 2011 baby was probably conceived at the beginning of november. But if it was the end of October, the predictor was wrong. It was right for my Feb. 2010 baby.
