I go to a support group at the hospital also. Ours is through the S.H.A.R.E network. It has helped a lot! I really like the group, and has helped in the healing process.

I read the book right away and found a lot of comfort in it. We go to a monthly support group at our hospital, where everyone understands the pain. We also recently started going to a therapist, which has been really beneficial. She provides a great perspective. I find the more resources I give myself, the better I feel.

I read the book right away and plan on reading it again by the one year mark... I feel like it still has more to offer me. I do go to a support group through my hospital which helps so much.

We attended a HEAL group (Helping Endure InfAnt Loss). But we attended it 2 months after Logan passed. I think DH and I were in two totally different places and were generally all over the place between heartache and anger. I don't think I would have continued to go if we had started any earlier. But that was just us. We decided on that group b/c 1. it was through the hospital we were at and 2. because it was a 8 week program. It was meant to help you connect, learn, and move through your grief -- understanding yourself and your partner. We didn't want a "therapy" session, we just wanted an outlit. And it was perfect. We still stay connected to the other parents who attended.
