We were so excited we didn't even make the kids come inside ... it was drizzling so we let them keep playing, when it kept up we made them all sit on the porch until it stopped (no one got wet). Love it!!

Why is he on a movie fast?
Religous reasons. He was consumed with movies. He has an obsession. He would track how much they made for weeks. He would watch them all the time. He likes any and everything about movies. He felt it was consuming him and taking him away from his work in ministry so he decided for the whole year of 2009 to put down movies and pick up his bible more.

Wow, I'm jealous. I still don't see anything here.
What part of LA are you in? I'm in El Segundo right now.

Hmm, I wonder if that weather is coming our way. It's been overcast and windy the last day and a half and in Vegas that's rare. I've only seen hail once in my life and I would have thought it was rain if DH hadn't corrected me!

I'm a NorCal girl who moved down there for college. The worst part about rain was the way the some people drive in it. I used to joke that a few drops of water on the road and everyone gets scared. haha. Drive home safe!

LOL. I moved from So Cal to NYC and every time we have a thunder storm I turn off all of the lights, TVs, radios etc and just sit and watch it. Everyone here thinks I'm nuts.
I didn't want to go to work today!! I do not like thunder storms. When I lived in Alabama my grandparents would make me sit down with everything electronic off until it was over. So now even as an adult when it gets really bad I just sit and wait it out while DH has everything on and loud making me nervous!
Lapband wife wanting a baby since 2008.
162lbs lost...30 more to go.
