in 2nd Trimester
im dizzy, shakey, nauseous, got headache,  arms feeling heavy and numb......is this normal?

    I am no doctor but I would drink some water, lay on your left side, and see if it goes away.  If not, I would call your doctor.  I wouldn't say that is normal.

    Sounds like dehydration.  Try drinking water and taking a nap.

    If water makes you feel sick, then try to at least suck on some ice cubes

    I went through this around the same time. My doctor said it was completely normal and just a crappy part of being pregnant. I'd still mention it to your OB though. Try to lay down and relax a bit.

    Call your doctor just incase, I had this so it sounds like you have low blood sugar. Make sure you are eating small meals every two hours.

    It really sounds like dehydration. If I were you I'd try some vitamin water or some other kind of flavored water. 

    If you're not getting enough to drink because of severe nausea you may need to go to the hospital for fluids.

    I agree. I felt this way in my 1st trimester and made sure to drink lots of water (electrolytes) and slept a lot

    Try to drink some kind of fluids like Gatorade, Vitamin water, 7-Up or anything to get some fluids into you.  Also, it sounds like your blood sugar is low.  Are you eating enough?  Try to get some rest as you also may be overexerting yourself.  If you don't feel better, call you doc.
