What are you putting above crib and dresser?

I was thinking of getting a tree decal for the crib, but I don't know.

Just wanted to get some ideas.

I'm designing a triptych of hand-lettered typographic art based on three synonyms for poop (so far we've decided on "dookie" and "fudge nugget" but the third one is up in the air). Our inspiration is beautifulswearwords.com and retro candy wrappers. Each piece is 12" x 12" and mounted via Plywerk. That's for the changing table/dresser.

I had a few things to hang, matching canvas decorations to his crib set above the dresser. Above changing table- nothing. Above the crib, I put decals of branches coming in from the walls high enough that DS won't reach them when he gets big enough to stand. The last thing I want to deal with is redecorating because of his progressed growth.

Her crib is in a corner. On the large wall is a tree decal, on the small wall is a white frame with a b&w photo of our dog.

Her dresser doubles as er changing table. We have wall letters in her name above it.

I wanted to do the tree decal but instead we hung canvas pictures above the crib with sticker letters that match his bedding. Above the dresser is a frame with his name in sign language.

I painted a leafy tree branch over each crib coming out from the end of the wall the crib is on. I also just ordered a shelf from pottery barn kids that has a rail on the front for over the changing table dresser for lotions ect... I like it with the rail to keep anything from falling plus it looks cute! Im debating doing any more painting in there, Im afraid of it getting too busy but I'd like to maybe do something with their names even if its in each tree branch.

My husband and I did't want to hang anything heavy above the crib and I wasn't crazy about wall decals (just b/c I hadn't found one I loved). So instead I used 8x10 canvas' and painted a letter of her name on each one. Those are hanging above her crib. I bought an 11x14 print off Etsy and hung it in a matted frame above the dresser/changing table. Our room is 9x12 so I think that's all I'm doing on the walls so I don't overdo it. Here's some pics (though they're not great...they are from my phone):
