Stolen from BOTB: Things you judge people for

I read this thread and it was really fun. Anyone up to play. I will even deem it to be flame free!

I judge people who use self-checkout and don't know WTF they are doing. If you have to look all over the item for the UPC you don't need to use self-check. I judge people who don't vaccinate their kids at all. I judge people who go out in public looking like they just rolled out of bed.

i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.

    YES!!!

Until today.. I used to judge people who had big huge dents on their car and drive like jerks... There was obviously a reason their car is all dented up... and now that DH backed into my car this morning and I have a big dent down the side of my car.. I feel bad for judging....

People who still regularly use checks (paying bills does not count.) People who don't vaccinate their kids. People who wear pajamas out in public. People who drive the speed limit (or less) in the left lane on the highway. People who still watch Survivor and Big Brother. People who buy their music on iTunes. People who love the Beatles. People who don't return shopping carts to their little cart corral homes.

Amen on the vaccines and people who drive slow in the left lane (this is really problematic in MA).

But why people who love the Beatles?

Not only do I judge them for this, I yell at them in the parking lot. There was a woman who went the same distance down the parking lot to the cart corral and still parked it at the tree across from the corral. I yelled at her a lot and told her what a lazy b!tch she was.

I should have clarified on the Beatles, my mind was just going too fast when I was typing. People who love the Beatles and think they are the be all end all when it comes to music. I don't know why, but it just gets to me.

That's cool, I get that.  You sound like my husband.  He likes them, but thinks they're overrated (he thinks 60s music in general is overrated).

I also judge people who don't know the difference between then and than, your and you're and their, there, and their.  Oh yeah, and babies vs baby's.

YES!!! I agree with this one too.  I work in a function hall and I HATE when my bride's say "okay, I have 3 Vegetarians who will have the Salmon", I want to scream "They are just picky, they are not vegetarians!!!!!".  I should know as I am a Semi-Vegetarian who does not eat pork or beef.  I would never call myself a vegetarian as I love seafood.

  • I judge extreme couponers who have a stockpile of junk food. No one needs 93 bags of croutons, 30 bags of chips, 300 cans of coke, etc. I think couponing to stockpile paper goods, detergent and things like that is cool, but most coupons are for junk food and I think that is a big waste.

I judge the parents of teenagers who own stuff like $200+ Coach bags, the newest iPhone and $200+ True Religion jeans.  REALLY???

I judge people who are unable to use "they're", "their" and "there" in the gramatically correct way.

ITA, it's weird.  I judge people who back into car spaces.   You inconvenience everyone around you because you take forever and park crooked EVERY TIME.  That 1 second of time it saves you when you leave clearly can't be worth the inconvenience of those who have to wait for you to park and deal with your crappy parking job.

OMG, this!! I had a family member get evicted from his apartment because he couldn't afford rent but the very next week, he bought an Android phone. A friend asked to borrow $1500 from me to fix her car but a couple days later, she was asking about different Blackberry plans (no, I didn't let her borrow the money). And don't let me get started on my family. Priorities? There aren't any.

I know way too many people who like to look like they have money but don't have a dime in any savings whatosever.

My judgment call? I judge any person who willingly has an affair with a married/attached person and then try to look like the victim when it goes sour or when their reputation goes down the drain. Jump-Offs are starting to get bold nowadays.

  • I judge people who judge mothers yet don't have their own kids yet.  In all seriousness, it's easy to look at someone with a kid that has messy hair and think "omg don't they comb their kids hair?"  Little do you know the mother put their daughters hair in adorable pig tails only to get to their location and then toddler has ripped the pony tail holders out of the hair making it look like a mess.

Or the messy kid thing.  You will realize something with kids and chocolate.  Once they have any chocolate in their mouth, it seems to just oooze from them afterwards.  I kid you not.  Even after the chocolate is long gone, all of the sudden they have a ring of chocolate around their mouth again!  WTF!  I just wiped you child!  How are you messy again?  Most parents really do clean their kids, but kids will find another way to get messy and quickly!

  • I can't brain right now, but I know there are so many things........oh here's one.....I judge people who take their children to outside parties that last for hours in to the evening with no coat, no beverages and no money to help pay for what their children theif to drink off of others EVERY TIME there is a party and then I am out of juice or water because everyone else has beer and I like, where the f is my drinks????

I typically judge mothers of boys with messy hair ( they sell baby hair spray that is totally natural and safe and you have to do what you have to do some mornings), not as much the girls because I know that my friend has a lot of trouble with her daugther's hair, so I'll give you that.  But..........I do have to say that my son's face is pretty much always clean, unless I pick him up at school and he has dried boogies in his nose or something.  After each meal he is wiped down and good to go.  Maybe your daughters have special messy face powers or something? Oooh, I judge people who BUY expensive, purebred puppies.  Especially those who buy from Petsmart or other stores of that nature.  I don't really get the whole "showing" animals thing, so I don't understand the need for a fancy luxury animal.

I also judge people who don't support gay marriage (PP reminded me, and that's such a good one), people who do PDAs (I'm talking more than hand-holding and maybe a quick smooch),  people who can't put down their phones while in a restaurant, movie, or in a conversation, people who let their children run wild in a restaurant and don't attempt to do anything about it, aaaand last but not least, people who watch Jersey Shore.

If there is something that can be made into a mess, my child will find it, and make a mess.  She loves getting dirty.  Which is great and all, but I'd prefer she only do it at home and not in the middle of Target.  lol  My little one is also a constant snot fest.  Part is teething, part is a cold.  But for the last month we have been dealing with the constant wipe down of the nose.  I often have snot on me too.  It's so gross.

On the whole messy kid issue.  To be sure I try my best when I take DS out, but sometimes they are messy and you can't give them a bath every 2 minutes.  You do your best, and sometimes you miss a spot.  When DS was in DC, his face would be a mess when I picked him up, but I would have to run to the store or something.  I didn't have wash cloth with me and if I use wipes on his face, he breaks out so he would be in the store with a dirty face.  I blame DC.

And this one is a PNR since I'm leaving work now.
