Teething/Drooling can cause mucousy poop, right?

D's poop was normal colour, and didn't smell any different, but was SUPER slimy. He's been drooling non-stop for the past week. The drool can cause that, right?

    Actually, that may be it - D's had a bit of a stuffy nose, too.
