Orange Juice?

While my sister-in-law was pregnant the doctor told my brother not to let her drink oj. When she would be craving it he would barely give her a shot glass full!

Anyone know why or if orange juice isnt good for preggers?

    Never ever heard of that one. I drank orange juice all the time while pregnant with DD. I did a google search and can't find anything saying that you can't have OJ. Here is one website stating the foods to stay away from and OJ is not listed.

    Go drink a big glass and don't worry about it. If you are still worried call your Dr.

    I've never heard the no OJ thing either. Maybe because the citrus acid could upset your stomach?? NO idea!

    I thought it was weird too. But everything I've been reading and from what my dr said OJ is ok, but not too much. Since I dont drink milk my best bet is calcium fortified juices. Only bad thing is yes the acidity and the sugar
