Filed my first BBB complaint (NBR)

So a while back I talked about issues I had with a landscaper. Well, I just filed my complain with the BBB. I had to write it twice because the first time my computer crapped out. But, it's done. Let's see what happens. I've never done this before. Hope this works out.

Where else can I complain about these people? They svck and I want the world to know.

ETA: that's Better Business Bureau - not Buy Buy Baby LOL!!

We signed a new contract and it was to be fixed by 9/30. They haven't done it. Jerks.

WTH! They are awful. I hope that works too. You could google them and complain on the site that shows up, like yahoo/google reviews.

I actually read those reviews when I search for a business (hairdresser, cake baker, dry cleaner etc)

Ok, I did it. It svcks for them that I have nothing else to do with my time. I also tried to register with another website they advertise on.

Ok, I did it. It svcks for them that I have nothing else to do with my time. I also tried to register with another website they advertise on.

It would suck for them if they had bothered to give you a good reason for all that BS like a death in the family. However, they just chose to just not show up. If your review prevents another family from going through the same headache then I consider it a good deed. Also you gave them a chance to make it right and they screwed that up too.
