Best/quickest way to dry up???

I know 'quickest' shouldn't be a factor - bc the slower the better.. but are there any surefire ways to dry up, other than just cutting back on nursing sessions (replacing w/bottle)? I'm on Sudafed.. can't tell if it's working or not.

Putting cold cabbage leaves in your bra will help dry up your milk. www.kellymom.com has other tips on weaning too.
