  you have to resize the photo before you upload it.  you can use photoshop or even paint.

  You have to go through the process all over again, and re-upload the pic on tinypic.  When you upload it, there is a field titled "Resize" - pick the appropriate size there, and then you have to go through re-adding the pic to your siggy again.

  Mine are in the "thumbnail" size, but you might want to use the website/email size.
