Modern "Mother's" jewelry?

I was just wondering if any of my June Mamas have found any cool/modern 'mother's' jewelry. Back in the day it was all about the "mother's ring" with the birthstones in it but is there anything out there that's a bit more modern? I want something with Mason's name or stone or something but I was hoping it would be something I could add to, as I hope to have other children.

Has anyone found anything or thought much about this?

I'm too lazy to get out of bed to a comp so I can PIP but go to fb and look up Pretty Chicky Boutique, love her stuff! She will make whatever you can think of. You can even see mine in the album it's the one that says Logan Reid with a pearl charm. MIL also made me a pretty nice pearl necklace but it looks much more modern than traditional ones, I'll PIP tomorrow if you want. I also have a Tiny Toes necklace from Zaled, the one with the big and little handprints. It's actually the bracelet charm one but I put it on a necklace until I get a bracelet to put it on. ETA: just reread your post so the pearl necklace or tiny toes may not be what you are looking for but the necklaces from Pretty Chicky Boutique can be added to.

How expensive were the Pretty Chicky pieces if you don't mind me asking? I know it will vary depending on exactly what you get but just wondering how reasonable she is. I like her work (:

I bought two necklaces, one for me and one for DD (for when she's older). It's a simple silver chain with a silver teardrop and a stone. The teardrop either says "Mom" or "Daughter" and I chose a pearl for the stone. I plan to add additional stones for future children.

Mine was $12 during a sale. I have seen similar for $50.

I always wanted one of these necklaces. Figures - both my daughter's were born in July and I can't stand red (ruby)! DD#2 was supposed to be June 24th...but she wanted to be like her big sis and came 7/5! LOL
