new and terrified!!!

so i am about 8 weeks along and am gearing up for my first dr visit. i JUST found out last week and have been trying to deal with the fact that this isn't a dream or a "just kidding!" moment.

i haven't told my boyfriend yet that he's going to be a father because i have no idea how to tell him.

 this has been a total shock and surprise.

any advice and help and warm fuzzy feelings would be great! :)

    Wait, you're 8 weeks pregnant and you haven't told your boyfriend? Curious as to why not.

    When i found out i left work early...my boyfriend had just got off shift that morning and was sleeping when i got home...i came home laid in bed with him told him i had some extremely important news and that i was going to need his complete support and then i told him this next comment isnt going to help but its probably going to happen and let me tell you i'm scared shitless...he looked like a deer in the headlights...all i can say is be up front and honest just tell him...the sooner you tell him the better you'll feel even if he does freak out...good luck

    Well, I'm surprised you have kept the news from your boyfriend. Are you afraid of how he will react? It honestly sounds like you are not ready. But here you are...talk to him. If he is not willing to be by your side, then youay be better off without him.

    i JUST found out because my body is weird and doesn't register things really quickly because i've been on bc for so long. i was freaking out myself and had to process everything for myself before telling him.
