I am wondering if anyone has on opinion. My daughter does not have any food allergies or lactose issues. I am just looking for the best option and considering goat milk and was wondering if anyone else is or has gone this route? Thoughts?
We were in the same position and didn't have any allergies but I wasn't sure cow's milk was the way to go. I didn't find any overwhelming evidence that goat's milk was better so we give cow's milk. Here's one of the articles I read when trying to decide. https://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/milk/milk-supplements.html
If you find any good info about goat's milk over cow's milk though I'd be interested in reading it.

Having grown up on a farm - Cow's Milk!!
Goat's or Sheep's milk is o.k. if you can get past the taste. Either one is o.k. though...
