After about a month of random spotting/bleeding daily and 2 Methotrexate injections AF is here. I have to go for another HCG draw tomorrow but I'm pretty sure this is it. My cramps are horrible and this is way more then spotting (Sorry if TMI).
I thought I was mentally prepared and ready for this so that DH and I could move on but I was so wrong. When I went to the bathroom and realized I was passing clots I just started hysterically crying. After a month of meds and b/w I'm officially not pregnant and it's breaking my heart. I guess all I can do now is be grateful that she showed and hope that DH and I will be ok to start our next IVF cycle in a month. I'll get my bc Rx from my Dr. tomorrow!

I'm glad you'll be able to start the next IVF in a month though! That's at least some good news.

Thanks girls. I went for my blood draw this morning and wasn't given my bc Rx like I thought. I'm so confused because my nurse last time said AF wont show until after my levels are below 5 but the nurse today said just because AF is here doesnt mean my levels are low enough to go on bc and may not be for a few more weeks. Anyone have experience with this?
She said the lab closes usually the middle of December so they will probably not start a cycle for anyone who has to stim past end of November so I really don't have a "few" more weeks for my levels to drop low enough. Hopefully the Dr. will call me today with some good news because I'm so ready for this to be over.

I'm glad AF showed finally. I am so sorry you are having a harder time with this than you thought, it happens though. Sending you tons of love, take good care of yourself!
As for the nurse and such, I always thought what you mentioned. AF only shows when your levels are below 5. Maybe the second nurse is wrong? I hope they figure it out soon and you can move on.
