QOTW: I read a lot and have a ton of favorite books. I just read Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah, it was really good. Forrest Gump has always been my favorite movie!

Update: Had Lap & SHG on Friday. RE removed some endo and un-folded my right tube and removed from adhesions. I am still a little sore, but hope to feel 100% soon. DH has his uro appt. on wed. Depending on the results from that, we may or may not cycle next round.

Update: CD3 bloodwork normal. HSG scheduled for Thursday. SA results count good, motility good, however, morphology was only 4 percent. Treatment looks like IVF with ICSI because of morphology. Still waiting on results of CD3 ultrasound.

Update: Survived my horrible weekend from taking misoprostol on Friday. Most of my m/c came out Friday night into Saturday. The contractions were bad but the vicodin took most of the sting away. Today I feel a lot better but once in awhile I still get a cramp and a clot. Go to the RE on Tuesday to make sure everything passed. Thanks for all your T&P!

Tomorrow we go in for u/s on CD9, we've got our fingers crossed that this cycle we'll be able to proceed with the IUI.

No new updates on me...after getting the official results from my beta on Friday I was given the OK to stop the progesterone suppositories. Now I am just waiting for my period and then I will go back in for a cd3 u/s so I can start it all over again, assuming that I don't have any cysts.

Nothing new really. AF decided to show while on vacation, so now we are on to medicated cycles. I started clomid last night.

QOTW:

Book: Too many to count, but I love the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon.

Movie: My two favorites are Better off Dead and Uncle Buck.

Fast Food: Chick-fil-a chicken nuggets.

Alcoholic Drink: Old-fashioned anytime. During the summer it's a Miami Vice.(strawberry daiquiri and pina colada mix) Hot buttered rum in the winter.

Update: I will start using OPK's this week and I am supposed to call when I get a + OPK, then go in the next day for an IUI. I will also be using progesterone supps thus cycle. And of course there is also the acupucture, co-q 10, omega 3 and extra folic acid for me, as well as co-q 10, omega 3 and fertility blend for DH. So fingers crossed!!

QOTW: Recommend your favorite Book? My all time favorite book is Pride and Prejudice. Although, I really likd The Help, which I read this summer - it was a great book.

Movie? I have always loved Dances with Wolves.

Fast food meal? Unhealthy - a bog mac and fries from McDonald's or a whopper and fries from Burger King.

Alcoholic drink? Frozen strawberry margarita. I also love Italian red wine. Smirnoff Ice is pretty darn good too. Guess I'm a lush. Drinks

Update: I'm getting close to the end of the 2ww, yay!! Test day is October 13, but I'll probably only hold out until Tuesday morning, 12dpiui.

Update: We're on a forced break cycle waiting for my cysts to shrink. At my CD3 baseline there were 4 pretty big ones (21mm to 35mm) and and a few smaller ones. I begged my RE to let me just ride it out and avoid BCPs, because I HATE the side effects. She gave me one cycle, and if they're not shrunk I have to take the BCPs.

Zook - can you update me on the adoption list? We're officially licensed and waiting for a call! Also, my latest DX includes DOR, but we're sticking with injects+IUI for now. As of right now, we're only going to try 2 more IUIs, and then focus on the adoption.

QOTW: Recommend your favorite: Book? Currently, I'm addicted to The Hunger Games series. Movie? The Princess Bride Fast food meal? Chili Cheese Tots from Sonic. I know it's not really a meal, but I loooovvvee them. Alcoholic drink?Gin and tonic. I'm really a little old lady.

Update: IUI done 10/6 with 3 great follicles and an awesome sperm count for DH. Waiting until the 24 for b/w but will start testing out my boosters after my last shot Friday.
