Food monsters

I got this idea from one of these boards a few months ago and it has revolutionized bed time so I thought I would share in case anyone missed it. First he chooses which of his spin brush characters to fight food monster crime with that night (usually he chooses Spiderman but sometimes he throws Thomas a bone) and mommy sings the spiderman song (spiderman, spiderman, cleaning the food monsters best as he can, in your mouth and on your tongue he's getting the food monsters as fast as they come bla bla bla) then mommy checks his mouth for any additional food monsters and exclaims "oh no there's a blueberry monster on your front tooth!" etc going thru all of the food he ate that day.

The story is basically that food monsters, when given the chance will eat your teeth (not too far off the truth). Ds is so into it sometimes I have to tell him to put the brush down and move onto the next activity. It's hilarious, especially when I remember back to the days when we were luckynto get three or four teeth clean at each brushing. Sorry no paragraphs, iPad.

    You can do paragraphs on the iPad. It's a pain, but can be done by inserting <> with a BR in between. Putting that in once gives you a line break, twice gives a paragraph break.

    Lurker here... You can also do < p > to get a paragraph instead of < br > twice (remove tne spaces). I also love this idea and cracked up reading your food monster song in the spider man tune!
