They have them in multiple colors at Motherhood. They are just basic tees stretch tees with rouched sides.

I have several from Old Navy. They have a low V-neck, empire waist and ruched sides. Plus, the sleeves are almost elbow length (probably past elbow on shorter people, though). The only problem is that they are a b*tch to de-wrinkle and almost impossible to iron - I have to make sure that I take them out of the dryer ASAP or put them back in the dryer with a wet towel to refresh them and remove wrinkles.
