PW: Prepping diapers

I know that my pre-folds need to be prepped separately, but what about my minky's that have organic cotton/bamboo liners/inserts? Do those need to be prepped separate from my BG and FB dipes?

I can't find anything that says if these need to be prepped differently or separately and the diaper web sites aren't too helpful either. Thanks for your help ladies!

    Prep natural fibers with natural fibers and synthetic with synthetic. 

    So your minky shells can be prepped with the BGs and FBs (shells and inserts) and then prep the cotton/bamboo liners/inserts with the prefolds.  That make sense?
