OK I am just wondering is there a amount of days you should stick with the same food? I know they say at least 3 days but I have also heard give them the same thing for 10 days? Does anyone know?
I am reading a lot about giving baby solids right now. We start next month. Most of the different research I have read including what the public health nurse gave me was 4 days. It LO were to have a reaction, it would happen in that amount of time. Then you can introduce a new food along with the one already given. So if you gave baby avocado for four days, then bananas after that, you could technically give both the same time. I have food allergies and carry an epipen so it is important for me to go by the book. I will be doing a new food every 4 days.

I was told 3-4 days. The 10 day thing might be that if your LO doesn't like something, they may need to try it 10 times before they will like it.
