what would you call a pumping room?

I'm emailing building management because I'd like to find out if there are any offices that have space set aside for pumping that I can use. I've always used our conference room when it is free, but I've never really felt comfortable in there.

Would you call it a pumping room? A Mother's room?

Ours is called a "quiet room" but I've also heard mothers room.

they built 3 of these here and this is essentially what they are for (big comfy chair, side table, outlets, soft lighting lamp, counter space, sink, fridge, etc...)

However, so that it wouldn't be "discriminatory" to the men in the building, they call it "Quiet Room"

At DH's work they built 2 rooms like that. To include the men they added PS3s to the break room and a small couch.

LOL, but they can. If they want to catch a 20 min nap, they can. Once I went to pump and someone was in one with the door wide open just spread out eating their lunch. Grrrrrrrr.

It is a lactation room here. It is actually a huge room with a sink and then three divider areas that have a door that locks, a rocking chair, and a table. It is okay, but I much prefer when my boss is out of town and I can use his office.

Men are so insecure that they need a quiet room? Lol.

I'm not sure what they call it here because it's connected to the bathroom. But I did tell hubs that he's having the next child, so he'll need his own lactation room. I don't think that idea caught on yet.

At my DH's work place they are called the lactation room. It is always locked- you have to go to the receptionist to sign out the key- it must be returned within an hour. They only have 3 rooms- and at any one time there could be many mor than that mommies using the rooms.
