I'm not terribly worried, but LO is face up (thankfully he's head's down at least) due to my anterior placenta. My doc said he'll probably roll over when I'm in labor, but there is a much higher chance he won't and I'll have back labor from him being face up... Is there anything I can do to get him to face down? I know there's versions and such for if a baby is breech, but I haven't heard anything about when they're sunny side up. TIA!
Re: Any ways to help baby move face down?
Got Swag?
My daughter was face up when i was getting ready to push. I was having HORRIBLE back labor. They gave me these things called Lumbar Wheals that made her turn. My mom could actually see her head turn.
I just tried to look something up about it online and found NOTHING. Weird.

This. My midwife told me last week that my baby is also in the posterior position (sunny side up) and she recommended these stretches. I've been doing them all week, 2-3x a day per her recommendation. I also rock my hips back and forth and from side to side while on all fours, in between doing the cat stretches/arched back. Have my weekly dr. appt. today, hope to find out if it's helped turn my LO around! Good luck to you too!
