Hi ladies I just wanted to introduce myself! I am a SAHM to my DD Harper. She was born  May 22 so she is just over 4 months. I just found the local boards and thought I would say hi! Do you all have any ideas on mom groups for central Indy? I am the only one in my group of friends with a baby. So needless to say things are a bit different now with them and I would love to meet other mommies! TIA for any ideas and it's great to meet you all!

    Welcome!  I SAH, too.  Do you have a MOPS group near you?  I've met a lot of great ladies through MOPS here.  Other than that, I really don't know of any moms groups here.

    Welcome! We are always glad to have a new "face" around here :) I don't SAH, but I know several ladies who really enjoy MOPS. Also, there was mention on the board of starting up a new Facebook page for the girls on here that would help facilitate get-togethers, so maybe that would be something you are interested in?

    I have never heard of MOPS before! I will have to look into that thank you! Also I would definetly  be interested in a facebook group! Thanks for the suggestions ladies!

    Hi and welcome! I too am not a SAHM but I understand where you are coming from...I don't have many girlfriends in the area since I am not from Indiana. My OB actually gave me a little info for the MOP's in my area so maybe check with your ob.

    The FB page does sound like a good idea!
