Parenting after 35

Well, at least he's decisive

DS loves to read books and we always read to him every night.  Some nights he has told us "no, I read dis book, you read dis one," while handing us a different one.  We had a sitter last night, who both kids know (daughter of next door neighbors).  She told me that both kids were great and that she read a few books with DS before she was "dismissed."  Huh?  Apparently, after reading a few books together, DS pointed to the door and told her "You go.  I read books now."  And proceeded to look at his books on his bed alone, reading them to himself and his trucks.  Makings of a CEO a general or 3rd world country dictator already...
