Anyone use Nosefrida Snotsucker...

on yourself? I want to know if it hurts and think I'm going to ask DH to do it to me tonight so I can see. Poor JT cries bloody murder like I'm torturing him and I wonder if it hurts. Gross, I know, but what else can I do?!

    No, it does not hurt, I just tested it myself. My DD used to smile when she saw it. I think if it's hurting, then you're doing it wrong. Some kids just don't like that stuff around them. DD never liked the bulb and would cry but I knew it was just because I was holding her down. Have you tried distracting him with his favorite toy and see if he still cries (DD doesn't let me change her diaper but if I give her the wipes tub lol or TV remote, she will let me lol).

    Could I be sucking too hard? (The Nosefrida, that is LOL)

    And yes, holding him down could have something to do with it. Come to think of it, he cries bloody murder for diaper changes, nail clipping, anything necessary actually. And I do try certain toys, nontoys, special toys, singing, TV, etc. etc.

    Ugh - the game of deception gets more interesting in this house!

    I'm glad you can find humor in this situation. You are lucky you are too far away for a throat punch! Bad enough I have to ask him LOL. I guess it's a glimpse of what's to come when I'm 99 years old.
