Baby Kate has arrived!

Hey ladies! Just wanted to update everyone on Kate's arrival while I have a minute. Kate arrived on Thursday, 9/29 at 4:15 p.m. She was 6 lbs 10 oz and 19 1/2 inches.

I loved looking at the poll! RAR was eerily close on her estimate :)

    Hey!  We've been watching for your announcement all weekend (at least Whitney and I have :).  

    Congrats on your little girl!  So glad that she made a quick entrance and hope that you're doing well!

    Who ended up delivering her?  Congrats mom!  I highly rec going to the lactation support groups at st v's--it was nice to talk to moms going through the same thing and the LC's were great.

    TTC #1 since October 2008. Dealing with MFI.
    IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
    IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
    IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
    Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
    IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
    Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
    Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
    IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
    IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
    ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer :(
    Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
    IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
    IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

    Congrats! Hope you and baby Kate are doing well. Enjoy this time with your precious little one. I was really close in the poll. Crazy!

    Woohoo! Congratulations! Now I get to pester you about posting pictures :) Kate is such a beautiful name; I love it. Hope you are doing well as you get settled into your new life!

    I think I will be going to some of those! Dr.Moore delivered her. He was wonderful. Dr.Dupler was the doc we spoke with most, as he followed up with us over the next few days. I really, really like him too :)

    I wasn't so sure about Dr. Moore when I first met him--thought maybe he'd be really old school--but he's a really cool guy!  He has a great sense of humor.  Jim and Elaine Dupler are both awesome!  Jim has such a great bedside manor.  I'm bummed that Elaine has cut back her hours so much that it's really hard for me to see her.  Katelyn/Kate was our 2nd name choice for Josie.  I still really like it, but Jocelyn and Katelyn might be a little too much together!
