birth announcements (again)

I know this has been asked a lot, but I searched our board and didn't get any results.  Where did you get your birth announcements?  When did you send them out?  I feel so behind. Our photographer said he makes custom ones, but our newborn photo session was three weeks ago and we haven't heard from him...

    we got ours from tinyprints.com they were super fast and had amazing customer service (even called to let us know they changed the font a bit so her full name would fit and to check the spelling of my name).

    I "stole" mine from simplytoimpress.com. I put it all together & then saved the pic as a jpeg & printed them myself.?

    I took dd for her pics the 1st week & sent them out in the 2nd week she was home. ?

    I used scrapblog and some pictures I took myself.  Saved as JPEG - and uploaded to snapfish.  I bought 5x7's for $.39/each.

    I sent mine out about 3 weeks after she was born

    I just sent mine out - so you're not behind!  I've gotten some up to six months after the baby's birth before. :)

    I have an entire spreadsheet that I got from another nestie with tons of online ones.  Email me at lovelifeinthesouth at gmail dot com if you'd like me to send it to you.

    I made mine on scrapblog turned it into a jpeg. Hubby took the pictures of Harrison for it. We just sent our announcement to Wal-Mart and had 5x7's printed. I went to Hobby Lobby and got some 5x7 envelopes to match. I just got them sent out the other day!

    Got the idea for them from inababycarriage.com/

    Wow, I love the ones on tinyprints.  Let's see if I can be creative and copy them to make my own like you ladies.  If not, I may be emailing you for that spreadsheet, lovelife.  Thanks all!

    DH is about as good as having a professional photographer around. I always tease him and tell him it is b/c he is half Japanese!
