Around 2 we started with Flintstones First Vitamin, now she takes the Flintstones Gummies.
(1) A regular Flinstones vitamin (or the Target generic version)
(2) Kids Greenz (a whole food supplement made from broccoli, kale, etc.)
(3) Barleans fish oil -- tastes like candy, DD just gets a teaspoon of it. Gives her DHA for brain development
If she's on antibiotics, she also gets probiotics. I should do them daily, but I tend to forget.
