Does low supply

with a first baby indicate you will struggle with your supply with a 2nd baby?

Or does it not really tell anything?

    It doesn't mean anything.  You can struggle feeding your first, and have everything go well with your second.  Or vice versa.

    It depends on the reasons. If it's because of low glandular tissue or PCOS or something else along those lines, then yes, it could mean you'll have problems again. If it was because of bad latch, tongue tie, poor support from medical professionals, formula supplementation too soon, nipple confusion, etc., then nope, it doesn't tell anything.
