Ugh! I hate when doctors offices make you wait!!

So I had an OB appointment at 10. Well, just went to check in and they told me my OB was "out for a delivery". They said she would be back by 11 (or later) and she still wanted to see me. So the nurse asked if maybe I could go grab " lunch" and come back later. I feel mean and hormonal because it isn't the doctors fault she isn't here - she's just doing her job. But UGH, I hate waiting!!! I live like 20 minutes away so I'm not driving home.. and go grab lunch? Um, it's just barely 10 am. And I dont feel like driving aimlessly around the city, so I'm just sitting in my car. I guess I'll just have to bump while I wait! :-)

    Yeah that sucks. Yesterday at my appointment they had me strip down so I sat on the uncomfortable table with a sheet for 30 minutes, apparently the OB I saw was a bit behind. Ugh

    I hate that and I worry it's going to happen to me one day. It's happened to me before when it was just a regular gyno appt.

    I hate that too...but I guess if the shoe was on the other foot, I'd want my doc in there to catch the baby.

    There is plenty to read from last night, evidently. Indifferent

    Luckily, the two hospitals that she delivers at are right down the road. I can see them from where I'm parked. Come on, Doc! Deliver that baby!

    That is very annoying! I always have to wait a long time at my OB but I love the practice, so I put up with it. Got any errands to do?

    I love mine too, and I love my OB so that's why I'm not TOO mad. Haha. I wish I had errands or something. Bu I am right downtown and there's nothing but big buildings and sky scrapers. Although right now, Grand Rapids has his thing they started doing two years ago called Art Prize, and it's a ton of art/cool things around the whole city, and people vote on the best one. I'm not an "artsy" person whatsoever, but it's really neat and a huge deal. I would have gone and seen some of it while im waiting here but DH wanted to go too and since hes not here I wont go without him. Ill just wait. And wait. Only 15 more minutes - then I'll go inside and wait!
