RE appt. follie check

So...initially they couldn't find any good follies and then there was ONE good one.  Last month I had two.  This time, I have one at 22.  I almost started to cry until they spotted the one follie.  I'm thinking the chances are lower with only one follie?  We are also considering B2B IUIs - any thoughts on the B2Bs?  TIA!!
TTC since 7/2010
Dx: Anovulation, Endo, only one working tube and ovary
IUIs 1-5 = BFNs
IVF #1 - ER 7/9 3dt 7/12
Transferred two beautiful 8 cell embryos
Beta #1 7/26 = 484 Beta #2 7/28 = 1045
. U/S 8/10 showed one baby with a strong heartbeat!

    Thanks ladies.  It seems that IF if really a game of "ifs"!  It's exhausting and then you second guess any major decisions that you do make if they don't work out.  Thanks for the responses and good luck to you all as well.
