  Depends on the person, but I'd say mid to below knee, not above.

  i think mid or above looks best.  but it really depends on how tall you are.  if you are shorter, you dont want one that hits below knee, it will make you look shorter.

  I would say mid to below knee except the skirts in pictures 2 and 3 don't look that different in length.  I think #2 looks fine, I don't like #3 (but that could be because of the rest of the outfit).
