Let me start off by explaining that I have been in glasses since I was 5 years old, I'm pretty blind (considered twice over the legal limit without my glasses!). I have been in my same prescription for the past 5 years but yesterday when I went in for my annual check up I dropped a point on both eyes! I've noticed that I have had blurry vision lately but I thought it was just a hormones thing. I was curious if anyone else has had big changes in their eyesight? I have read that this may be temporary and can go back a few months after delivery but I ended up buying new contacts so I could see my LO when he gets here.

Re: Eyesight Changes
My eye dr says it 6 months or more for the eyes to return to normal after birth, depending on how much change their is. I have retinopathy (sp?) during pregnancy and both of my retinas detached when I was pg with my 2nd child. So far it hasn't been that bad, but my retinas are swollen and I have floaters and cotton wool (white blind spots) spots pretty often.
If you're concerned, your best bet is to go to the eye dr or an opthamologist (now the only eye dr I can see because of my eye issues). If you've been having high blood pressure or GD then I would definitely see someone.
