Hi all - I just left a message for my doctor about this but while I wait for them to call back, wanted to see if anyone else might have experienced this at this point in their pregnancy? I seem to have to pee even more than usual (!) and I almost felt like I might have UTI where there felt like pressure and a little pain while I was peeing. It goes away after a minute or so. I don't have any other pain (other then darn hemmorhoids, but that's another story!) On Babycenter I read it could be common during the 4th month that the baby is laying on the uterus and pushing it to cause this, but I don't recall this from my other 2 pregnancies. It seemed like that happened much later. I also thought there looked like a bit of tissue (or something - sorry if TMI) after I peed once or twice and the last time a tinge of pink when I wiped. I know ya'll aren't doctors out there but just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and what the outcome was! Thanks Ladies!
Re: Pressure/slight pain during urination at 17 weeks?
I feel pressure in my stomach when I need to go to the bathroom, but relieving myself doesn't hurt at all. In my experience a UTI stings when I go to the bathroom. This is more crampy because I am so full. I hope everything turns out ok
This is my experience right now. I will wake up during the night kind of crampy. But a minute or two after peeing I am fine. It does feel like the baby could be lying low in the ut.
Calling the OB was good though if you think you are seeing pink. I had that before with a bladder infection.
