What is the difference....?

between baby poop and real diarrhea?
 
My LO's poop has been extra watery the past 2 days. His spit-up seems more like vomit too (it's extra watery as well). He isn't acting any different though. No fever, no extra crying, etc...
 
I BF. Could I have eaten something that would make him sick? What could this be?

    I agree with PP. Liquidy is different than watery. Watery (for diarrhea) is where there is an absolute absence of color of any kind and it is straight up water. Additionally, your LO will not urinate as much either.
