best prefold to use as pocket/ai2 insert?

I want to get some natural inserts to slowly replace my microfiber so i figure prefolds is a great place to start. which ones do you prefer? i'd like them to fit well in a pocket or flip cover. or do you prefer another kind of insert to prefolds?

also, what size do you buy? when i first started cd'ing, i bought some premium ones from cottonbabies.com but they are huge and too big to use as an insert.

    I use the GMD oranges to stuff pockets. I use the Browns both in the traditional way and trifolded into a thirsties cover (with the front folded over...)
