Anybody else having their fourth baby? I'm just curious how many of us are out there. Seems like most of us are having our first.

Also, if you're having your fourth (or more), are you getting a hard time from people because you're having more than the "prescribed" two or three?

I'm having my third bio child but if I count my SK's it's #5. It's #5 for DH. Pretty much everyone I know thinks I'm crazy. I used to hear it all the time until my loss in December. I've had two since then so now most people who know me don't give me crap for wanting a larger family anymore. I still get lots of comments from strangers and they obviously don't know I'm pregnant.

I'm pregnant with number three, but I've always wanted four! I definitely feel like even some of my close friends can barely mutter congratulations this time, which is so strange to me. Oh well, maybe they are jealous or something (most all have two.) my mom was really excites though, so that was nice!

This happened to me with my 3rd. This is why I'm not even telling very many people this time around. People can just figure it out on their own. One woman actually stopped talking to me when I got pregnant with my 3rd. I mean, most people were excited and supportive, but there were a few where their reactions were confusing.

Thanks for sharing your experience, it makes me feel a little better! Good thing I have felt really even keeled this pregnancy so far regarding my emotions. And, yes I was very confused regarding their reactions, it was almost to the point where I wasn't sure if they had hearde say I was pregnant or not... So strange. I'm hoping for a better reaction from those close friends I still have left to tell, but a least now I will have a guard up to some degree. I hope you get tons of love and support from those you tell, I feel like every baby should be loved and have have so much excitment for them no matter what number baby it is!

This is #3 for us and my sister has 4 (although she is now done).

I find that even now I'm getting comments about "being crazy" for wanting another child. Back in the day, people had a lot more kids...so what is wrong with 3 or 4???

This is my 5th so I tend to get a lot of WOW's before anything. Then the you are crazy, how do you do it, etc comments. I am remarried. ,y first husband died and we had 3 together. This is my current husbands second. It doesn't help the baby isn't a year yet, but we are happy so I could care less what others think!
