Yes! Yesterday I was doing laundry all day and our washer and dryer is in the basement and all those trips up and down the steps had me very winded!! I had to stop for a break every time I went up or down! Sometimes even just walking around the house gets me winded as well and I'll need to sit down just to catch my breath!
Yes, totally! I was a runner pre-pregnancy (as well as during the first few months) but these days I must seem like I have never run a day in my life.
I walked to the other side of my house the other day to pick up my ringing phone, and the first thing my mom said on the other end was, "Wow, you must have been running to pick up the phone! You're all out of breath!" She laughed when I told her I had just walked down the hallway.
same here! Walking up stairs, into another room, etc. and I'm totally winded! I know it's all part of it at this point, but it makes me feel horrible that I can barely do anything.
If I stand up for a long time, like cooking dinner or something, I get really winded and dizzy. I wish I could sit down while I cook. I also have bouts of nausea a few times of day. Not pleasant all around.
Me too and sometimes even after I eat, my Dr said its because everythign is pushed up so there is less room, like I diddnt think of that on my own, Duh! but that there isnt anything that can be done
i have bad asthma and lately ive been so incredibly winded. even to the point of waking up having asthma attacks. it's awesome....lol so i was reading about it in baby books and it says that at this far along in your pregnancy your uterus is now 4 inches above your belly button which then is pushing all your organs into your chest area. that it's VERY common to have breathing problems start rising around now..... lovely.

As of today I'm having serious breathing issues.
Walking across the street from the parking lot to the building I work in, or even to the bathroom is giving me problems today.
