    I chose before 37 weeks since I stopped working at 30 weeks due to pre-term labor issues but I had originally planned on working until about 39 weeks.

    I was pulled out of work prior to my due date, but my maternity leave does not kick in until I deliver. I am on medical now.

    I clicked "until I deliver" however, I might reassess if I hit my due date and still haven't delivered DS.

    I was going to start working reduced hours at 37.5 weeks, but she came. :-)

    I start vacation now (37w1d) and actual maternity leave begins when baby arrives.  My c/s is scheduled for 10/11 so I've actually only got 2 weeks left max.  YIKES

    i stopped working at 35 weeks, but i am carrying twins so that's really only 3 weeks before the absolute latest date i will deliver.

    I didn't have a choice my doctor put me off 4 weeks before the due date and 6 weeks after. I would have rather worked up until my due date and take 10 weeks after the baby is born.  But my doctor didn't let me, and my pregnancy has been completely normal....

    I am off from 37.5 weeks.  I will use 2 weeks of sick days for the last 2 weeks and then start my maternity leave.  But I get a year off. If I only had 3 months off, then I would force myself to work til the end.

    Super unique situation for me, but I'm a teacher who didn't start the new school year (due October 5th).  So I haven't worked since June 30th.

    I should answer my own poll!  My plan was to work until I deliver.  But with my GD, I will be getting induced at 39 weeks (next week(.  I won't be find out that date until this coming Wednesday at my OB appointment since I have a growth u/s scheduled at my MFM's office tomorrow.  I've therefore decided to make this Friday my last day.  So I'm officially starting my ML on Monday, which makes me 39 weeks on the nose.

    I plan to work until I deliver, but my boss has "requested" that I work from home until then. I make him nervous.

    Next week Friday is my last day - I will be 39 weeks and 1 day. I figured it would be good to end work on a Friday and give myself a couple of days to relax and get ready. Plus my doctor won't let me go passed my due date. If I hit the 13th I will be induced because of my GD and FVL
