7 mth old w/ runny nose- take to party?

we are invited to a party today and little guy was sick but now much better- except for his nose.  thoughts?

    clear drainage, not excessive - I would go.

    colored or thick drainage, having to wipe often - I would stay home.

    any other symptoms with drainage of any color or thickness - I would probably stay home.

    If I kept Cam home everyday that she had a little bit of clear drainage, we'd never go anywhere. For real.

    Day care because you have to work?  Yes, take him.

    Totally optional party for fun?  No, keep him home.  I'd be annoyed if a runny-nosed kid showed up for a party at our house.

    If he's been fever free for 24 hours with no symptoms other than a little clear snottage I would take him. My kids have runny noses practically every day between September and April, I swear.
