heavy feeling?

right at the bottom of my stomach/pelvis when i am laying dowi or sitting up i can this heaviness down there and it is just really really weird, also when i touch the bottom of my stomach it is also quite hard. is this all normal.

everything just seems very weird with my body at the moment...

It is normal! I read it in the book What To Expect When You Are Expecting. I am feeling the same thing too.

That's my least favorite pregnancy sensation. It's so bad after being on your feet all day, too!
