How did you get your bump name?

I'm avoiding work and was curious as to how people picked theirs.

I jokingly called DH "pookie" once-- he said I could call him anything but that- I said "ok honeybunny" and it stuck-- we call each other that when being sarcastic- mostly shortened to "bunny".

A few months later, my friend was telling me how her little cousin had started going around the house calling "Babe! babe!" b/c he overheard his father calling his mother that.

I said great, if my kid does that, they are going to call me Bunny. She thought that was hysterical since I was just getting engaged to DH, and his family is very "country club"-- she said 'Bunny Maloney' and a cocktail glued to my hand would make me fit right in

Sadly, this stuck....I don't even think her family remembers my real name-- they always ask how Bunny is doing with the new baby...

Well, I have switched names. I used to be DH's Name girl, but then after years of IL drama I got paranoid about them finding me online (or putting together the pieces easily since DH's name isn't so common). I switched it up to a more annonymous name, and I'm all about following my dreams, so there we go!

I just needed something more annonymous that no one IRL would catch on with.

On the knot i had my dogs name lola. I couldnt remember my password and didnt use my old emails anymore because of the viruses that came around. So now I have Sa shortened for sara with my hubbys hockey number and my volleyball number haha im such a dork now that i write that its so highschool!!!

When I first started getting more serious about photography, I took a TON of pictures of sunsets as I was learning about adjusting for different light levels.

I actually owned sunset-skies.com for a while, with some of my photographs of sunsets on there, so the username just stuck. I use it on everything now. For some reason, though, the bump didn't like sunset-skies, so I used sunset+skies instead.

I got mine because I went to a theme park to get a season pass in 6 or 7th grade. I must have written the y sloppily because he thought it was an x so my season pass said Brandx instead of Brandy and I never changed it. 725 is the address number of the house I grew up in.

When my DH and I first got together, I'd wear hoodies all the time (still do the moment it gets cool!) and he'd joke about my kangaroo pocket. We were joking around one night, and he said that I was his marsupial...and it just stuck. Smile
