We have the Fisher Price Space saver for when we go out or travel. I like almost everything about it. The one downfall is that the arms stay fixed and you cannot fold them down.
We have the Chicco Polly for at home. No complaints with it and it is easy to clean. It folds fairly flat for storage but we just leave it out for the most part.
I'm not a huge fan of a ton of baby gear all over the house, so we use either her bumbo with tray on the kitchen table or a Phil & Teds MeToo Portable Chair on the dining table. Cheaper, takes up less space, and easy to clean. It works great for us.
ETA: Yes, I'm aware that you aren't supposed to put bumbos on elevated surfaces. If she's in it, I'm sitting right there with her, ALWAYS.

This. Except, on ours the arms do "turn" (like you can angle them down, so that if you choose not to use the tray you can still push the chair up to the table). We LOVE ours.

I wish I would have skipped a big one (I have a big Graco one with Owls on it from Target that's totally adorable) and I would have just gone with a fold 'n go style.

Yeah ours had that option as well. I guess I should have been more specific. They do angle down but not enough where we can push the chair in under our dining room table. I wish there was an option to remove them or fold them completely down.
I am going the opposite here. I have the Eddie Bauer wooden high chair and I HATE IT! It is SO hard to keep clean. It is definitly more pretty than practical. If I could go back this would have never made it to my registry.
I have the tripp trapp. We bought a tray and baby set but don't use either now that he's a little bit older and never had the seat cushion - I would skip all of them if we did it again. We just pull him up to the table with us (he has a tiny diner placemat). I like that he's really part of the mealtime, its easy to clean, it pushes under the table, it doesn't stick out as a "baby item" and it will last him until he's ready for an adult chair.
I have the Chicco Polly and I like it but my kid refuses to eat in it. She now eats in a booster seat on the floor on a mat. It's the fisher price one, it was like $25, I wish we only bought that.

This exactly. We started off with the Graco Duo Diner, and switched over to this a couple of months ago:
My favourite thing is how you can attach the high chair to actual chairs. We have bar height table, so he is right at our level during meal time. It's also really easy to bring to the grandparents.
Re: Stopping over from 3-6 months...high chairs?
