Funny, but I totally thought this was going to be about running races - but I thought more like "Man I hate the ____Half because the entire town is crowded and you can't get anywhere"
FWIW, I like 10ks. I feel like I'm just starting to get in my stride after a 5k. Have you looked into 8ks by you? It might be a good compromise distance.
No it is not wrong. 10 K is twice as long. I say let him do his 10 while you do you 5. If you want you can say that you will work up to the 10 K after the baby is born.
Re: Is it wrong to hate a certain race?
I totally read the subject as "certain race of people."
I almost gave you the side-eye.
I agree...10k sounds like a b!tch
this, except I totally gave the side-eye until the post opened.

I almost just replied yes, DUH! without reading.... LOL
I don't think it's wrong to hate different races, heck some people hate running in general... :P
Totally what I was thinking when I clicked on the post.
I couldn't do a 10K. 5K's have kicked my butt before.
The title of this post made me go
originally. HAH!
This. And the side-eye..;o)
