m/s and potty training do not mix.....

Read at your own discretion:

DD and DH started eating dinner (tacos) and I was feeling nauseated so I figured I'd lay on the couch and attempt eating a little later.  Well as soon as DH sat down to eat DD decided she needed to go poop again (first time she ever pooped on the potty was about 20mns before this).  So since DH is eating he asks me to take her back to the potty- which I do, but she's already crapped her pants. Literally there is poop the same consistency as the refried beans pasted all over her butt and Belle underwear.  Trying to peel that junk out of her undies while cleaning her up for a bath has made me wonder if dinner is going to happen at all for me tonight....and seriously- of all the nights we have to eat TACOS!!!!  *sigh*  Tongue Tied

  • Yeah, I had quite a few moments of "I can't believe how gross this is" regarding DS's poo during the first tri., and I'm usually pretty un-phased by all things body related.

  • Whenever that happened with DD, I tossed those undies. Luckily it was only a few pairs I had to get rid of - and I wasn't even pregnant at the time!

On another note - YAY for poop on the potty, I know how tough that can be!

Yes I am pretty excited about it!  This has all kinda come out of the blue since we've been pushing her on/off since Xmas!  So while she's only just started peeing on the potty since monday I'm pretty excited the pooping came so soon, too!  If you have any help/suggestions let me know!
