Complete dog pile on a bumpie with a sick child in the hospital. People making comments beyond comprehension, people who had no clue about the situation making comments just to get in on the action and be a cool kid. Insanity at its finest.

Allison - I am not saying you should bow down to her, I'm suggesting you ignore her. Not everyone posts the same way, not everyone has the same opinions, and I am just saying that the best way (IMO) to deal with a poster that isn't your (general "your") favorite, is to just let it go. It's the Internet and it's really not worth getting worked up over, you know?
Unless someone is blatantly attacking someone else or harassing, I would just let it go.
Nevermind, I'm glad I missed it. Stuff like that turns my stomach.
Well it is UO day. Maybe I was just letting mine out in a different way. I am just feeling a tad feisty today is all.

Just thought it was common sense....guess I was wrong. Some people seem to be missing that lately. Whatever Im done..waste of time.
I don't need special features to ignore posters who have no business posting here. I have no problems with anyone on the bump. My opinion is if you don't have multiples why post on the multiples board? I don't post on the Toddler board for a reason... I don't have a toddler. Honestly though.... do you understand why I say this? Your a mom to a singleton, yet you come to this board to heckle other moms? I don't understand this. That being said everyone has the right to say whatever they want, and I have the right to ignore those people.
I lurk over here a lot, mainly because I enjoy it. I've seen/interacted with some of the posters on other boards. Regardless of how many children you have, there are some things that are the same - which diapers you like best, which car seat do you prefer, etc. Yes, there are some major differences, but babies are babies. Plus, I really admire MoMs, because I'm not sure I could handle more than one baby at a time.
All that being said, I also sometimes lurk on other random boards, too. Because, you know, it is a public site, with public forums.
I mean, good grief. As far as I know, no one has ever had a problem with me posting the occasional response over here, despite the fact that not only do I not have multiples ::gasp::, but I've never even been pregnant! The horror!

I think I've made my opinion perfectly clear. You and everyone else can post or say anything you'd like. I was speaking directly to Ghostmonkey. I have no problem with people chatting on any board, as is their right to do so. I myself have learned a lot from TB boards. However when those people come here and heckle myself and other mothers for no apparent reason except to stir up drama, then I have no problem saying something to them. I just don't think it's polite and helpful to any of us. As for this topic, I'm done. I've said what I wanted to and have no desire to further indulge this nonsense. I hope everyone has a good night.
