I saw your response on 0-3.  Gabe does bring his hands to his chest.  He is practicing opening his hands with the other hand.  He is actually going to be evaluated though.  Pedi thinks it's better to be sure things are good.  Plus, he ALWAYS looks to the right, so she wants to make sure he doesn't have a tight neck muscle that needs p/t.
