Any ideas??

My lovely daughter is 3 and a half months old. I've been working out since I got the ok from my OB. No matter what I do I can't seem to loose my lower belly pudge. Anyone know of some exercises I can do to get rid of it finally?? Thanks. I'd appreciate it.

  • Give yourself a break and remember it took 10mo to put it on, it'll take that to take it off!  Cut fat increase muscle.  You won't bulk becuase unless you've got 20x more testosterone like a guy bulking is almost impossible for women.  The pudginess (aka: swelling) takes time to go away and the skin to return to its normal shape.  Be patient with yourself and stick with going to the gym.  Cut back on some of your carbs and you should see some results slightly faster.  Otherwise, get lined up with a good personal trainer who won't let you slack (remember though - it's great to work with the trainer once a week, but there are 6 other days, all but two of them need to include time at the gym even if all you do is hike on the treadmill).
