This. I used to make up a solution with a little liquid castile soap (Dr. Bronner's), a drop of tea tree oil, and water. But plain water works just as well, and it's a lot easier!

i take a jar and put a small squirt of dr bronners and baby oil and 4 drops of tea tree and lavender oils and then fill it with water. that gets dumped in the wipes warmer (currently unplugged) and I wet as I go.
although it is more expensive, I purchase the bum drops. I melt 2 in 12 oz of water and 2 drops of tea tree oil and pour it over my wipes in the wipes warmer (plugged in). I've never had a problem with mold or mildew in my wipes warmer.
If the house ain't burned down and the baby's fed it was a successful day.
